Zero Carry Warranty

We offer a free 30-day full replacement on defective Zero Carry® items.

Product returns for all other reasons are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and do not qualify for a replacement.

Limited Lifetime warranty is effective on Zero Carry® after 30 days from purchase date.

• After 30 days from the date of purchase, a defective Zero Carry can be returned for a full replacement. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the defective item, Zero Carry will email the customer a discount code to reduce the price of a new replacement to $6, to cover handling. The customer can use the discount code to order a new unit and Zero Carry will ship it out upon order completion.

LIMITED WARRANTY

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, fire, or other acts of nature. This limited warranty does not cover any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by Zero Carry® to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product. This limited warranty does not cover cartons, packaging or enclosures used in conjunction with this product. Without limiting any other exclusion herein, Zero Carry® does not warrant that the product covered hereby, including, without limitation, the technology included in the product, will not become obsolete or that such items are or will remain compatible with any other product or technology with which the product may be used.

LIMITED WARRANTY DURATION AND VALIDITY

This limited warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product, from the date of original purchase of this product. Warranty is only valid for the original owner and is voided upon resale of used, consigned or previously purchased product.
